Nabtech Hosting Suite brings customer hosting tools, application plans, trials and renewal controls into WHMCS. Start with the services you intend to sell, then enable the corresponding workflows. A working panel connection alone does not decide which buttons a customer should receive.

01 Choose the first products
List the products you will enable, their control panel, and the customer actions included in each plan. Keep ordinary hosting and a plan that sells one application distinct. Ordinary hosting uses Manage Account. WordPress and application products use the website manager and a deliberately smaller set of supporting hosting tools.
The account manager integrates with cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Webuzo and Virtualmin, with different operations on each. The application-product builder in release 1.0.40 uses cPanel with WP Toolkit or Softaculous. Renewal invoicing in this release supports WHMCS 8; do not include that engine in a WHMCS 9 rollout.
How should I test a representative customer service?
- Install the complete suite package and give your administrator role access to the addon.
- Open Workspace > Suite settings. Enable the hosting workspace and the platforms you actually operate.
- Check a server under Account Manager > Hosting platforms. Its login remains in WHMCS Servers.
- Choose one test product under Features, enable its customer hosting tools, and select the functions the plan will include.
- Use Existing accounts to verify that the test service matches the correct remote account.
- Open the customer's workspace. Confirm the domain, lists and permitted sign-ins before enabling Allow account changes on the server.
02 Test each commercial workflow separately
For renewals, review a real quote, confirm its invoice, pay using your approved test arrangement and check the resulting service dates. For application plans, follow an order through account creation, application installation and the customer's first setup. For trials, check the displayed end date, payable invoice and what happens when the trial expires unpaid.
If you enable AI, test both the conversation and an approved change on expendable content. Check the free allowance, purchased-credit balance and provider budget. A successful AI connection test does not demonstrate that every hosting tool is available.
03 Expand with clear ownership
Assign a staff owner for failed provisioning, renewals needing review and customer migrations. Confirm that the ordinary WHMCS cron reaches the suite. Record the products and server capabilities you verified, including optional plugins. Expand to more products after the same customer journey works on their platform. Use current order and plan details when advertising allowances; module defaults are configuration starting points, not your published offer.
