Choose a monitored address that will remain available if this hosting account is full or unavailable. Where possible, use a second address on a different mail service. You may need the cPanel account password to confirm a contact change.

1. Open Account Preferences and find Contact Information. On older supported layouts, open the separate Contact Information feature.
2. Enter the primary and optional secondary contact addresses. Check spelling carefully, then provide the account password if the form asks for confirmation.
3. Review the available contact preferences for quota, account changes and security events. Keep useful warnings enabled rather than dismissing recurring storage alerts without addressing their cause.
4. Review AutoSSL notification preferences so certificate validation or renewal failures reach someone who can act. Save the settings and record who monitors these addresses.

Reopen the feature to confirm the saved values. If a confirmation or change notice arrives, make sure it reaches the intended inbox. Check the service’s current disk and mailbox usage separately if a quota warning prompted the change.

Update your Nabtech billing/account contacts separately when those details also need to change. The cPanel contact settings control panel alerts and password-reset notices, so verify both sets of details when the same person manages billing and hosting.

Secure the panel login and ask support to investigate an unexpected change. Changing a contact address will not increase storage or repair a delivery problem; address the underlying quota or delivery issue separately.
